Jay-Z Plans to Expan Roc Nation


The hip-hop mogul is taking over a few buildings to take Roc Nation to another level.
Jay-Z is expanding his Roc Nation business.
According to reports, the mogul's company has outgrown their offices at 1411 Broadway.
So, the rapper is going to move the majority of his staff to a larger space at 540 W. 26th Street.
But he's also planning on flipping the top two floors of 1411 Broadway until 2024, in a subleasing agreement.
Jay founded Roc Nation in 2008 of why and the business boasts a superstar roster which includes J. Cole, Meek Mill, Rihanna, Jaden Smith, Big Sean, and others.
Roc Nation also has offices in Los Angeles, Nashville, Austin, and London.
